Where does the time go? Christmas came and went and everything's back to normal. Our holidays were really fun and we spent a lot of time with family members. And somehow I cooked dinner for 12 people with just a few hours notice. There was chicken with potatoes and carrots, wild rice, mac and cheese, steamed broccoli with mozzerella cheese, and yummy dinner rolls. For dessert there was a large Christmas tree sugar cookie. I was definitely wearing my domestic goddess crown that day! Here's to a grand holiday and an even better 2008!
